- Eligibility: 1.1 This guarantee is applicable to customers who place an order for delivery or pickup of food items from our establishment. 1.2 The guarantee is valid for orders placed within the specified delivery or pickup time slots provided by our establishment. 1.3 Customers must comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein to be eligible for the guarantee.
- On-Time Readiness Guarantee: 2.1 We guarantee that your order will be ready for delivery or pickup within the specified time slot. 2.2 In the event that we fail to meet the specified time slot, we will provide compensation in the form of a free pizza. 2.3 The compensation will be given for every minute we are late, starting from the agreed-upon time slot until the order is ready for delivery or pickup.
- Compensation: 3.1 The compensation of a free pizza will be provided based on the number of minutes we are late. 3.2 The maximum compensation provided will be equivalent to the cost of the ordered food items, excluding any taxes, additional charges, or delivery fees. 3.3 The compensation will be given in the form of a voucher or coupon that can be redeemed on a future order. 3.4 The voucher or coupon will have an expiration date, beyond which it will no longer be valid for redemption.
- Claim Process: 4.1 In the event that your order is not ready within the specified time slot, you must notify our customer service within 15 minutes of the delayed order completion time. 4.2 Proof of the delay may be required, such as order confirmation details, timestamps, or other relevant information. 4.3 Claims made after the specified time frame or without proper supporting evidence may not be eligible for compensation. 4.4 Our customer service representative will assess the claim and, if approved, issue the compensation voucher or coupon.
- Exclusions: 5.1 This guarantee does not apply if the delay is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, traffic accidents, or any other events deemed as force majeure. 5.2 Delays caused by customer-specific requests, modifications, or changes to the order may not be eligible for compensation. 5.3 This guarantee is not applicable to orders that are rescheduled or canceled by the customer after the order has been confirmed.
- General Terms: 6.1 This guarantee is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. 6.2 The compensation voucher or coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund. 6.3 This guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. 6.4 We reserve the right to refuse compensation if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior. 6.5 By participating in this guarantee, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decision made by our establishment regarding the claim.
COUPONS - FAIR USE POLICY
- Coupon Eligibility: 1.1 The coupon redemption is applicable to customers who have received a valid pizza coupon from our establishment. 1.2 Coupons must be redeemed within the specified validity period mentioned on the coupon. 1.3 Customers must comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein to be eligible for coupon redemption.
- Maximum Coupon Redemptions: 2.1 Each customer is limited to a maximum of 2 coupon redemptions per order. 2.2 The maximum number of coupon redemptions allowed in-store per day is 5. 2.3 The restrictions on coupon redemptions are applicable regardless of the number of coupons a customer possesses.
- Coupon Validity: 3.1 Coupons are valid for the specified offer mentioned on the coupon, such as a free pizza or a discount on a specific pizza variant. 3.2 Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated on the coupon.
- Coupon Redemption Process: 4.1 Coupons must be presented at the time of placing the order or mentioned when ordering through phone or online channels. 4.2 Coupons will be validated and applied towards the eligible items in the order. 4.3 Any unused coupon value cannot be carried forward to future orders and will be forfeited. 4.4 Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
- Exclusions: 5.1 Coupons are not applicable to orders placed through third-party delivery services or platforms unless specifically stated on the coupon or agreed upon by our establishment. 5.2 Coupons may have specific exclusions, such as certain pizza variants or add-on items. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the coupon. 5.3 Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of refund.
- General Terms: 6.1 Our establishment reserves the right to modify or terminate the coupon redemption program at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Coupons are subject to availability and may have limited quantities or redemption periods. 6.3 Coupons are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. 6.4 Coupon redemptions are subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 6.5 Our establishment reserves the right to refuse coupon redemption if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

- Satisfaction Guarantee: 2.1 We are committed to providing exceptional pizza and ensuring your satisfaction with every bite. 2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with the pizza you ordered, we will provide a replacement or refund the full amount paid for that specific pizza. 2.3 To be eligible for the guarantee, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction and return the uneaten portion of the pizza within a reasonable time frame, typically within 1 hour of purchase.
- Replacement or Refund: 3.1 If you choose a replacement, we will make a fresh pizza of the same type or a comparable alternative, depending on availability. 3.2 If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse you the full amount paid for the unsatisfactory pizza through the original payment method. 3.3 The replacement or refund is limited to the specific pizza that did not meet your satisfaction and does not extend to other items or orders.
- Customer Obligations: 4.1 In order to qualify for the guarantee, you must provide accurate information regarding your dissatisfaction with the pizza. 4.2 We may request additional details or evidence, such as photographs, to better understand the reason for your dissatisfaction. 4.3 You must return the uneaten portion of the pizza as proof of your dissatisfaction.
- Exclusions: 5.1 The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pizzas that have been partially or fully consumed. 5.2 The guarantee is not applicable if the pizza was customized or modified beyond our standard menu options. 5.3 We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- General Terms: 6.1 Our establishment reserves the right to modify or terminate the satisfaction guarantee at any time without prior notice. 6.2 The guarantee is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 6.3 Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the unsatisfactory pizza and does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages. 6.4 This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
